i say that line to most anything. most of the times it doesnt make sense, which kind of adds to the humor

I almost got myself fired at work last week with "that's what she said". We had a ~~Christmas~~ holiday luncheon on 12/23, and the Director of Human Resources was attempting to serve ice cream, but it was frozen solid. She said "I can't believe how hard this is." and I, without thinking, said: "That's what she said."

She thought it was funny, but I got a lecture from her about how that's not appropriate work conduct. If anyone in the room had been genuinely offended, I could have been in serious troubles.

Did you then follow up with how she should shut up, has no friends, and should just leave?
Because from what I've seen on that office documentary: totally appropriate.

Sorry I couldn't respond earlier but ya I got it to work. The PS3 needed to sinc to my tube TV... All I had to do was hold down the On button for 10 seconds. I was 2 minutes close to givining it back. Thanks guy for the help though!

Had a "similar" incident at my first job many years back. I was going on my break and a girl who I worked with said she wanted my break, I responded "hey, you don't need another break". So later that night, she disappeared and apparently she took my comment to mean that I thought she was fat...uhhhh...ok?

So I got no less than 5 lectures from several bosses from mine, my hours mysteriously got cut, her BF threatened me. Good times.

She was kind of ugly though
