Backstory, I was trying to do some research on a cheap upgrade for my wife's PC and was trying to figure out the cryptic naming conventions of ATI/AMD videocards. My wife currently has a single core Opteron 146, 2 GB of DDR400, and a 7900GTX video card, (Which was the King of The Hill back in 2006, now it is showing its age.) and I am trying to figure what would be better without spending too much.

So, I come across a AMD Athlon II X2 240/785G/HD4670 SuperCombo Kit for under $300, and wanting to know more about the HD4670 I googled "HD4670 vs 7800GTX" and this site is the first link I was given.
