Maybe it's your bank. I never had a double charge from them.

Very possible? I've had TD Bank/Commerce for 6 years now, they've been a great bank and I have very few complaints.
I blame very little on the bank and the rest on Apple lol. Don't get me wrong, I love my iPod Touch to death and practically have murderous thoughts when people look at it funny, but overall I can't stand Apple!

I only read the first two posts, but that's ridiculous. My computers are 8 and 3 years old and iTunes takes less than 3 seconds to load. Maybe 8 if I start it by connecting my iPod.

After reading this, I purposely turned my iTunes off just so I can turn it back on and time it. Know how long it took? 7 seconds. Clearly something is wrong with all of your computers. I think iTunes works just fine, it has it's flaws but it rarely gives me problems. That being said, I rarely ever buy albums or songs on iTunes. |
I did that on my work computer with my iPod still synced. From clicking on it to being able to use it took 3 seconds. Computer is 3 years old, I'm running safari with 4 tabs open, firefox with 3 tabs, calculator, excel, mail, preview, and VOIP and it only took 3 seconds. OS 10.4, 2 gigs of ram. 2000 songs on my HD in iTunes, 4500 songs on the iPod. Its not the software.

Oh, fuck iTunes. I just use my phone for music purposes. And I have four words for finding the actual music:
Youtube to MP3 Converter. There, I said it. WHAT NAOW?!

The main problem with that is that youtube usually has bad enough sound quality, and converting it to mp3 compresses the audio even more, I wouldn't be surprised if at the end of the process all I heard was "GGHHKCKCKCCKKKKKHHH".

Surprisingly, most of those converters don't sound that bad. I remember one sounded like crap strained through earphones, but most of the converters usually work fairly well.

Honestly, itunes is the music storage of choice for me, and I don't have an ipod (since my last one broke). The search bar that searches your library by each character you type is a plus, and the newer visualization can't be beat. The available software like Genius is somewhat pointless, but is interesting to look at. The way it organizes music is superior to Windows Media Player in my opinion, and it is just easier to look at. Quicktime does suck hard, though. Also my itunes loads quick as hell and I have over 12 gigs of music, not to mention about 4 in video.

Stop calling it an iTouch. It's an Ipod Touch. You can't just abbreviate things because it's trendy.

My iTunes has never loaded quickly, unless it was recently closed. I had roughly 3000 songs in 12 GBs, and it usually took around one and a half minutes to load. I never had a problem with multiple charges, though. I only purchased the Dethalbum bonus tracks and they didn't cause any problems.
Also, I crave a sandwich with some iSnack 2.0

That reminds me. That seriously screws up the lyrics to the Men at Work song
I said, "Do you speak-a my language?"
He just smiled and gave me a iSnack 2.0 sandwich

THANK YOU!
I hate when people call it that. Either call it the iPod Touch or the Touch for short.
