That looks like absolutely no fun at all. It's insane but damn that must of been boring.

Yeah, that there is a whole hell of a lot of practice and memorization that really only amounts to a huge waste of time. If only people spent as much time bettering themselves with knowledge or a real skill as they did mastering these ridiculous gaming challenges, we'd be living in a utopia.

IDK, seems pretty amazing to me. I'm sure we all have hobbies we spend too much time doing.

I don't know how it would be boring when you have to react at insane rates.

If he's not going to kill anybody, why is he holding down the fire button?

In the off chance that someone who may have killed him runs in to the stream of fire? That's how I play Contra, never really saw a reason to stop firing... Confused

I think it is just adding another element of difficulty.

Like not killing isn't enough, so he zero killed WHILE firing.

Obviously tool-assisted.

Very entertaining, though.

I guess sometimes you just play a game SO much that you need to make up new ways to find it fun. a while ago I tried to play through megaman X without using the dash, charge shot, or special weapons. another time I played through it without using E tanks or special weapons.

right now I'm trying to play through order of ecclesia with the death ring equiped throughout the entire game.

That is impressive, but my question is this: if you were playing a no-kill run, WHY WOULD YOU FIRE YOUR WEAPON?????

I was wondering the same thing about him firing his gun 24/7 and I think this guy needs to move on to another game if it has come down to that.

Yup.

I think it'd be easier to watch without the weapon firing all the time. And just because i it's a TAS run doesn't mean it's impossible, just insane to try without the tools. All that stuff can be done in normal play.

Remember the SMB coinless run challenge? That was such a fun idea.

Why is he holding his gun? Easy answer:
Nothing but end entartain for the user.
In tool assisted runs, it's recommended that when there's a section you can't make go faster, like auto-scroll, you should try to do something cool and interesting for the player to enjoy (Like in that SMB3 run where in the tanks level, the guy got 99 lives).
This could be the same, since it doesn't affect the end time as it's only shooting without hitting anything. Just something else to add.
