I was wondering what this "Black Friday" was...
Until looked it up and realized "Oh wait, we don't have thanksgiving here".
Whats the big deal with it?
Sounds just like a Christmas rush sort of thing.

A rush where people become bloodthirsty assholes in search for deals on stuff. i mean people getting trampled is just pathetic. Some guy lost his life so some assholes could save a few bucks on some crap.

Boxing Day is a public holiday of the Commonwealth. The difference is we wear helmets, gloves, and mouth guards well we shop to decrease injuries.

Well, I'm at least gonna hit up best buy. $80 bucks for a 20 inch monitor at 1600x800? Yes please.
Also, radioshack will have a damn good deal on dualshock 3's. (24.99 i believe)

I'd rather be on Thanksgiving...it would make the day less awkward. I just hate the fact that you're basically obligated to eat either turkey or ham. I like turkey and everything, just not the typical way everyone always makes it.

That's what the days after Thanksgiving are all about!
Also last year I got L4D for 20 bucks from Amazon. Now that was a great deal. And I didn't have to leave the house!

Yeah, but you had to wait for it.
And believe me, sometimes anticipating things in the mail is awesome. But I remember how fucked over I got when I bought some PS2 game (can't remember which one) and it shipped from CHINA! I waited 4 fucking months for it. I was stupid for that.

i bought this 7-port USB hub from eBay and it was shipped from China, but it only took about 2-3 weeks to arrive. good deal too since i only paid $5.99 for it and free s/h

L4D actually arrived within a week of my ordering it. Amazon's pretty reliable in my opinion.

I've bought stuff from Play-Asia and Lik-Sang (RIP) and never waited more than 10 days for anything. I also ordered a replica Game & Watch manual on eBay from Thailand and it only took a week to get here. Unfortunately, the manual ended up being based off the same piss-poor manual scan that was on ReplacementDocs...
