I really love this game. I think it's the only game in Japanese I'm playing.

Battling against four other players is pretty cool. And with all those power-ups, it's pretty hard not to get killed.

Even after being killed, you can still throw bombs to try to kill other players and take their place. You can piss off your opponents a lot with this.

Single player is pretty good too, and you can't finish it without doing multiple playthroughs (but you can go to a level you already cleared to make it shorter).

Anybody played it? And did anybody try making a 30 bombs explosions with 5 players?

Super Bomberman 5 Gold, best bomberman ever. Wanna play on Zsnes some time? Or, we could get 4 player going on snes9x over kaillera! that would be a "BLAST" geit it? HAHAAH FUCK

It's been about 3 hours that I'm trying to find a way to do a 5 player battle in Super Bomberman 5.
I'll search for that kaillera or kalleria thing.

Edit : Downloaded it (MAME 32k), but I can't figure how to make it work.

bomberman and I tried to get it working on zsnes, but the rom kept freezing up. I guess it's impossible to netplay, despite me remembering having done it before...

so we played pop 'n twinbee instead. we lost.

Oh, and my gaming name is Hazumu.

Pop'n Twinbee is REALLY fun with 2 players. (Me and Murdar didn't exploit that Twinbee and Winbee latching on to each other thing)

But, Super Bomberman 5 is one fun-ass game, and if your online is in order, play it sometime. Especially 5 players ^^, and the single player mode is one big non-linear conglomeration of Super Bomberman 1, 2, 3, and 4 stages, with some new ones.

Oh, I'll leave you with this.
