next to stage 5 on the map would you be able to use a hammer to crush the rock and unveil a mushroom hut?

I remember I always thought there might be something there but i dont remember a place that early in the game where you can get a hammer

I don't think it unveils anything from what I remember.

Since the first place you get a hammer is the 2nd world, you then use it towards the end of the World to find a secret path to some Fire Bros. and a whistle.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it doesn't do shit...I only remember the hidden rock path in World 2, and I made it a habit of finding ALL the secrets on this game.

My favorite secret has to be World 3, where you use the hammer and then get on that little boat and row to those 5 Toad Houses...fucking awesome.

You could probably use Game Genie to give yourself hammers and check.

Probably nothing though. But the game does have tons of unimplemented code.

That was pretty cool riding the boat around. I probably road around the entire World Map 20 times the first time I did it. Was it a secret though? I thought it was pretty obvious if I remember correctly.

You could always try to put a collander on your head, attach it to the system with a fork and try to enter the game itself...

That doesn't necessarily prove anything. There's no Minus World in All-Stars either.

Why would they later choose to remove something that they would've had to program into the game to begin with?

Because it was irrelevant and/or a glitch?

The All-Stars games were rebuilt from the ground up on SMW engine, and the physics are different. I am pretty sure the turtle shell 1UP trick doesn't work because of the new physics.

Yes, but those glitches are completely different than programming a block to break or not to break. It seems like such a futile thing to even consider fixing since no one would even be able to exploit it to begin with..

It's still possible to do the Turtle Tipping in all-stars.

I just did it. There's a secret Hammer Brother sleeping under the rock. If you beat him, you get the silver whistle which warps you to a secret world when used. The world has 20 stages and is insanely hard. Once you get to the end of the world and defeat Super Bowser, you rescue the real princess who gives you a code to resurrect Aeries in Final Fantasy VII (It was all planned ahead long in advance between Square and Nintendo).

Big deal, if you did it in less than 10 minutes without dying or using items, you're given the real ending which proves it was Luigi all along. As the credits role, you're treated to Mario and Peach getting sodomized by Bowser and Luigi; Pulp Fiction style.

Okay so can someone answer me this: Why the hell have we been on a Hentai FF7 kick as of late? I mean sure Tifa is hot and Aerith for being a dead chick I'd go necro for her, but WTF?
