Apparently this kid borrowed 40 bucks for a video game and he couldn't repay, so the kids gang decided to steal the father of the borrowers bike. The kid then called the cops and in retaliation the bully and his gang decided to light the kid on fire burning 80% of his body. This is why I won't become a cop until they institute a Judge Dredd law system that allows me to blow these mutherfuckers away.

That's one of the most retarted things I've ever heard, and if they were in Canada and as long as the kid survived there is a good chance they would do little to no prison time, just community service and counselling.

A kid was beaten half to death here a few years ago, he suffered brain damage and had to rehab just to be able to walk and be able to communicate verbally again. The ringleader was punished the worst, he ended up in a cell all of 2 days or so.
It doesn't happen often here, but when it does, minors are treated almost as if the law doesn't apply to them.
It's not just minors, some of our justice system is just fucked up. An RCMP officer quit when someone who was convicted of manslaughter got a lesser sentance than a couple of poachers.
Things might be different now after the outcry resulting from other cases, but when a minor commits a crime we tend to drop the ball pretty hard.

I believe in an eye for a eye. If I was a relative of that kid I would have no problem meting out justice. Those kids deserve to be burned alive. If anybody kills a member of my family like that I would be in jail. If it was that horrific I would torture them ten times longer. Hostile would look like a fucking comedy by the time I was through with them. I hope those kids get whats coming to them.

Well he did borrow money to buy a video game so I thought it was a good attention grabber. The kid did jump in the pool though, he was found lying on a pool chair when the paramedics arrived.
Fit punishment: Send these little killers into Iraq for 2 years, have them work as bitches for the US Army sending them on every suicide mission they can think of. If they survive, they go free. Now that is community service.

Those kids are going to get off with maybe a year or so of juvi. I'm not saying they shouldn't be punished horribly I'm just saying it won't happen.
But honestly, how can you walk up drench somebody with flammable liquid then light them on fire? Just call the kids parents and be like "hey, your kid borrowed 40 dollars from me and I want it back"
