What? It's a porn game? I didn't get that at all from the trailer, and now I have even more questions than I did before.

This is truly bizarre. It doesn't look like a porn game, but rather like some crazy Japanese visual novel.

Also, why was most of the trailer in English with Japanese subtitles? It's not the first one that did that, as demonstrated by the Japanese trailer for Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly:
