European Dreamcast cases (made from the cheapest and least durable hard plastic ever created) were/are the worst, they fall apart when you look at them funny and are simply unable to withstand a trip from the UK to Finland via air mail (or the way the Finnish mail offices handle packages).

When I got Shenmue II some months ago, one of the two cases was in three or four separate pieces (and of course, the hub thingies keeping the discs in place were destroyed). Somehow, the game still works despite all that.
