SNES list: The Super Star Wars trilogy was developed by Sculptured Software. Also, @ Val: They didn't take away Luke's blaster until Super Jedi.

Quiz & Dragons:

You might impress someone with Meatloaf's real name or REM's hometown, but none of your friends will give a shit when you tell them there was a movie starring Jack Nicholson and Meryl Streep and that it was called Ironweed.

Since there is an "a" prior to the word, it is singular. Die is the correct term while two die becomes Dice.

When I first pointed out that the game came out in 1989 and not 1990, rather than accordingly changing the copyright information that made up the caption in the first screenshot in Jeebus' article on the game, it was deleted.

DuckTales: This article is still a minefield of errors, so I'm gonna see if I can get all the rest. Some of these may just be minor nitpicks, but here goes.

First off, Scrooge's nephews are traditionally collectively reffered to in the following order: Huey, Dewey and Louie. In the second paragraph, there is an obseveration regarding Dewey in parentheses, but I'd still like it in that order whenever possible.

Quote:
It turns out that if you want to use the cane, you must first jump with the A button, then, [hold] once in the air, hold down the B button and down on the direction pad.

Quote:
But before you fight the boss, Dewey has some words of wisdom for you....

Quote:
Oh, yeah? Why don't YOU dry try to draw an ice cream cone with an 8-bit graphics card?

Quote:
There are pits with water that are too long to pogo jump over, so you have to bounce on angry green ducks for some extra momentum.

Quote:
I would love to meet [the creature] the man big enough to wear this ring. Or the duck, I suppose.

The chain next to the secret treasure may lead to the boss, but it's possible to go back across the chasm and keep collecing treasure the long way around. Also, I don't recall ever fighting any Terra-Firmies other than the King. Lastly, the proper term for someone who studies bugs is entomologist.

Quote:
There are no elevators in space. Only ropes.

Quote:
After making your way through a few Beagle Boys who seem strangely out of place after the onslaught of aliens and robo-ducks, you will fight the last of the level bosses: The Lunarat.

Quote:
We've learned that the Abominable Snowman is very real, and very Mongolian.

Why do I care? Because nobody else seems to.

This thing is either a Terra-Firmy or the worst fucking excuse for a boulder I've ever seen. I have always chosen to give Capcom the benefit of the doubt and operate under the assumption that it's a Terra-Firmy. So has Jeebus. Disagree? Too fucking bad.

I'm not sure what word you meant to put after more, but I suspect it was fun.

re-reading the A-Team Board Game review. A few errors:

Quote:
But if for some reason you seriously don't give a shit about The A-Team

Quote:
I eagerly opened up the box, expecting to find a 8" x 10" glossy of B.A. complete with a fake-ass signature printed on it.

the hyphen may or may not be necessary, but it looks better.

Quote:
Also, keep in my mind that this game came out in 1984,

Remove the "my"

Quote:
so the game's plot isn't a clever jab at the most infamous marketing disaster in American history.

Quote:
a magical space that's filled with completely unnecessary ellipsis.

"ellipses" is an oval shape.

Quote:
So narrow, in fact, that only one player can pass through one at a time.

remove the "one"

Quote:
you will find Weapons Labs which range from normal to secret to top secret to ULTIMATE.

-----
it's also worth noting that there are a lot of links in the article that simply link back to the article itself.

I believe ellipses is also the plural form of ellipsis.

Really? I'll turn it off then (for here anyways)

eh, I'm pretty sure you're right about the ellipses/ellipsis thing.

Now then, I found some typos re-reading your Friday the 13th article.

Quote:
He[as in Mark] will be sent running all over the camp looking for weapons, collecting vitamins, and lighting fireplaces.

Quote:
You might wonder why you need six counselors to take care of fifteen kids

Quote:
Mrs. Voorhees is found in the cave, and she is ridiculously easy to find. The cave is supposed to be a maze, but her lair is ridiculously easy to find.

^^Not a typo, but some redundancy. Removing the bolded part would make it easier to read.

Quote:
You can only fight Mrs. Voorhees once each day,

Quote:
At one life point per hit, the torch will ? him pretty damn quick.

^^I'm not sure what you meant to put there, but it's most likely "kill" even though you can't really kill Jason... :/

Syd, you are correct.

Were you describing one or more than one in the article?

Under the Maniac Mansion review.

Quote:
Now, while this may seem uncool at first, the finger work she does on that piano would make Dream Theatre drop Jordan Rudess in a heartbeat.

^^Funnily enough, this is the exact opposite of the Friday the 13th typo.
That had a "while" that should've been "why", whereas this is a "why" that should be "while".... Razz

I just notoced that Dream Theater is spelled incorrectly too. And Val can't pull that "But that's how Candians spell it" bullshit because it's a proper name.

Synopsis: Tate is a douchebag who likes to risks.

I think your misssing a "take" after "to"

But Diana's bleeding heart liberal friend Laura thinks

i could be wrong but shouldn't there be a comma after Laura?

Max brings Sardo for Oblivion,

should that be "to oblivion," or am i just retarded?
