I'm going to have to agree with everyone that said not to move in with a friend. Try rooming with your enemies, it's much easier to live with horrible people that you detest.
We can murder the 10-12 kids on BMX bikes who were loitering on my street at TWO IN THE FUCKING MORNING, and sell their organs on the black market and make a ton of fucking money. Actually no, murder is too good for these assholes. Let's sell them as sex slaves in Malaysia.
Anyway, it's a win-win situation for the entire country. Zarak and I have enough money for a fucking house, and 10-12 loads that should have been swallowed instead of inserted are gone forever from the streets of America. Hooray!
Update: Now she's selling the house. So not only do I have to move myself out somewhere, but I have to help her move/sell/trash everything in the house. I'm starting to get seriously stressed by this whole thing and I've only known about it for less than a week...

I recommend scouring Craigslist for a room for rent. I know a couple of people who have had success moving into an occupied place with a spare room.

whats the total deal though man, have you been to college yet? im sure your a smart guy so obviously you can get into college for the fall and take out loans and scholarships.
and loans arent bad if you know how to handle them, and in your case beggers can't be choosers as it was the case for me 3 years ago.

EDIT: out of respect for BZ and his situation, I have edited my initial statement toward another poster. Let's leave the flaming alone, as tempting as it is. This is absolutely not the kind of thread to be carrying on a flame war in.
Anyway, I havn't been in your situation BZ but what people are saying tends to be what I've thought about roomates. Friends usually make bad roomates and couples can be death. Scrubs taught me this about rooming with couples.
If you do move in with them, make sure if you like to watch movies and TV that you have two in the apartment. If you have one and they want to have a little in home date, movie night to themselves, then you're kind of s.o.l. for that night. Unfortunately this is all the advice I can mustre.
