I'm considering not letting my Saturn gather dust and getting a modchip to maximize the shit on a budget, so if you have any reccommended games to get for it, post them here.
I heard the Panzer Dragoon games are good, so that's crossed out
Legend of Oasis
Quake
Virtua Fighter 2
All of those you don't have to post.

I used to have a modded Saturn. Fun times.

If you like beat 'em ups, I remember having a lot of fun with Guardian Heroes. It's in a medieval fantasy setting and has some RPG elements and multiple paths. It was made by Treasure, the same company that made the legendary Radiant Silvergun (Another gem, but it's rare). Also in the vein, there's the Dungeons & Dragons Collection (Compilation of two D&D Arcade Games) that was released only in Japan. I used to own it, but it's pretty rare so I don't think it'd be practical to pick it up, especially if you're on a budget. I also had a lot of fun with Die Hard Arcade, although it's a bit more of a standard beat 'em up. Definitely go with Guardian Heroes though if you're into that kind of game.

if you're modding it and not getting the only arcade perfect port of marvel super heroes vs. street fighter ever, you lose.

What the heck. No one talked about NiGHTS into Dreams? You owe it to yourself to get that game if you already have a Saturn. Also, if survival horror is your thing, get Resident Evil. And Darius Gaiden if you like shmups...

Dark Savior seems to be underrated in my opinion. If you like isometric adventure games, or at least enjoyed Landstalker, then this game might work out for you.

I also enjoy playing Panzer Dragoon II Zwei. It's an awesome shooter.

Edit: Oh, you mentioned the Panzer Dragoon series. Well, that game is still good.

Another Edit:

I thought he already mentioned that game. I guess not, apparently.

NiGHTS Into Dreams alone is worth getting the Sega Saturn for.
