That second video doesn't freak me out GP, it just makes me thinks that the guy is a moron.

I was on the roller coaster Ross mentioned last month. Those restraints definitely do not go down far enough.

When I read my own sentence I got queasy thinking about being at the edge of a cliff... gah... I hate edges!

What about the roof of a workshop or something? Could you stand at the edge of a roof?

You guys have never been on a pants-shitting roller coaster until you've been on the wooden one at the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) in Vancouver. This thing was built in 1958 and because there's two cars and they need to secure people quickly, the only safety mechanism is a bar that sits about three inches above your waist. You lift out of your seat every time you shoot down. FUCKING SCARY.

Here's a scarier one: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yankee_Cannonball

Built in 1930. The fucking thing is almost 80 years old. Made of wood. The guy who owns Canobie Lake is a cheap asshole, and does the minimum amount of repairs necessary. The thing is scary, not because of its design, but because it looks like it could fall apart at any given minute. ANY GIVEN MINUTE.

Admittedly, it has been repainted recently, so it looks slightly less scary. In the 90s, it hadn't been repainted in a LONG time. The paint was faded and peeling, so it looked really fucking scary.

I had to beg my mom just to let me ride this thing. She always thought we were going to die. This thing is fucking painful too.

If I were going to build a roller coaster I would make one out of steel but cover it with rotting wood so that it looked like it was going to fall apart. I think that added fear makes some people like the ride even more.

I was up at the top of the Ski jump at Lake Placid and I get the urge to jump off the edge. Same as if I was at the top of a mountain.

i get the same feeling when im riding my bike on the opposite side of the road (against traffic). i just sometimes wonder how badly it would hurt if i just ride my bike directly into them

One time, when I was driving on the highway, I got this huge urge to just crash into the median, just to see what would happen.

Ironically, I was listening to P.O.D.'s "Alive" during this.

I frequently have the urge to drive into signs, the median, or other cars. Of course, everytime it happens it's because I was either just playing a lot of Burnout or a lot of Katamari.
