This game is a total amazing experience. The music is great, the venues are all well done and I like how they capture the "Beatlemania" aspect by showing the crowds and the girls in the crowds flipping out.

The career mode is great but it is pretty short. I just got the game today and beat that mode already. There is an Xbox 360 achievement for beating the game in less than 24 hours of creating a save file.

The career mode is also told in chronological order. You start with their first big show and end with their rooftop gig. This is a great way to tell their story. It also means you may find harder songs in the beginning of the game. As opposed to other Rock Band games where the songs get progressively harder.

The custscenes are all beautifully done and playing in Abbey Road Studios is amazing since the visuals take on a psychedelic feel. Play Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club band and you taken to that part of Yellow Submarine. Play Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds you get this psychedelic backdrop with diamonds floating all over. It is quite the experience.

I never once found myself just wanting to get to the next song just to progress in the career mode. This is a great music game and if you're a Beatles fan you'll love it.

I'm not really a Beatles fan, but my mom and sister are, so I picked it up. It is damn cool. A lot cooler than I thought it'd be.

Are you plying on the Xbox 360? If you are send me a private message and maybe we can jam sometime. I knew it would be good since I'm a pretty big Beatles fan. I just now need a microphone stand so I can play guitar/bass and sing at the same time. It sucks that a USB headset mic I have won't work with these games.

Yeah I loved almost every thing about it, I just wish it had more initial content. First let me say this game is as of now more of a experience than a traditional Rock Band game, now having said that.... I got through it in about 3 1/2 hours on expert guitar.

Granted these games scream re playability, but they really should have included more music in it rather than opting for later add on content. 15-20 more songs and I think i would have been pretty satisfied, with or without the dreamscapes I don't care..

IMHO if you own RB1 or RB2, just spring for the game and use the existing equipment you have, if you are new to RB, Buy Rock Band 2, and The Beatles game together,it's a lot more value for your money, Instead of spending the absurd amount on the limited edition bundle.

Unless you a beatle maniac and new to the music game craze, I think paying for the 250.00 bundle will leave a bad taste in your mouth, but hey just my opinion.

How difficult was it on Expert? I was wondering since I might permanently switch to Hard and I'd use that as a gauge

On guitar it was pretty easy, 1 or 2 songs had me in the red a few times other than that it wasn't bad. I hadn't really played RB in about a year so..hard to say. I hear the drums and singing are the best part of it though, I thought the bass was very very easy even on expert.

The songs are considerably easier in this Rock Band as opposed to the others but I still love it.

I'm really enjoying the singing on this game. There are songs in Rock Band/Guitar Hero that I like to sing but there are a lot of songs I wouldn't be caught dead singing. The only other game where I enjoyed the singing was in the Karaoke Revolution games. This game is amazing. I can't say it enough.

My dad is one of the biggest Beatlemaniacs in the world, so I told him about the game and hope he picks up the limited edition for himself so I can play it with him, and watch his eyes sparkle, when I get back to the states. He already has real replica Beatles instruments, and taught himself to play the guitar just so he could play like John, so this kind of thing is right up his alley.

He'll love it. The amount of care and love that went into this game really shows. I'm looking forward to the DLC so I can add more of their albums to the game. Right now the only DLC track is "All You Need Is Love." Which apparently the processed from people buying it goes to charity.

"All You Need is Love" might be the worst song ever written or performed, why the fuck would I wanna pretend play it on a video game? This is coming from a pretty big Beatles fan. I just didn't give in to that hippy dippy bullshit they pulled for a few albums, it's extremely embarrassing. "Revolver" was experimental enough, but damn near every album after that except for "Let it Be" is just hard to listen to.

Everyone I know that purports to be a Beatles fan says "Oh I liked their trippy stuff but not the bubblegum pop". What exactly do you like? John talking backwards, Yoko howling, or him saying the number 9 for fucking 10 minutes?

You ain't no walrus, your running out of ideas my doomed British friend.

Oh yeah, this is the video game forum. Video games are cool!

I didn't give a crap, until I saw someone playing "Ticket to Ride." That cinematic alone makes me want to play it.

Granted, there aren't many songs, but at least they got the ones most everyone likes. I wanted to try this game just because it had Yellow Submarine and I Saw Her Standing There. For Beatles fans, this game would already be epic, but even on it's own merits, it's one of the most beautiful games of the year.

But gameplay wise, it is just another Rock Band game. But indeed a great, interactive way to enjoy the music of The Beatles. You can groove to the music, and feel as though you are, indeed, The Whalrus. Ku Ku Katchoo
