One was built around here about a year or two back, within walking distance of Kroger I might add.

That's fantastic.
Why are we now comparing supermarkets to warehouse clubs?

lol. I'm probably going to redo it, as there's no real finish to it. I planned for closeups of customers and crowded aisles and stuff, but never filmed that, it was supposed to get more intense as teh music did, and then when I was compiling it I ran out of footage.

No one cared that you were running around filming instead of working? My hat goes off to you!

Just sat down and really watched this for the first time, I really, really like it. Its got this cool indie/emo vibe going that's quite awesome. Well done.
How come you almost lost your YouTube account over it? Was it that real people were in it without permission or something?

i almost had my myspace deleted for using like 90 seconds of copyrighted music, and for using footage of the store without corporate consent. Normally I upload videos to both my youtube and my myspace, but now I am not allowed to upload myspace vids anymore..

Actually, I have, in South Carolina. As amusing as the name is, the store didn't offer anything unique compared to the New England shops I am used to. Though I recall about 6 years ago they had already started to use thumb print readers at checkout stations in place of club membership cards. I was surprised until I realized how slow everything was moving. The checkout lines were taking about 3 to 4 times as along as they do where I am from, so at least they sped up the payment portion.
