I'll tell you what we will get:
Cell phones so small that they will be implanted in our brains.
Much Faster Internet which allows porn and memes to move at the speed of light
Game systems actually go back to the old days of 2D platforming because after all the 3D pretty graphics fests people got sick of it and the method of game play becomes so ancient that people will see it as innovative.
Gasoline is still the main fuel source and cost more then $15 dollars a gallon because inflation will never go away. Those solar panels and electric cars will never become norm because the oil companies will still prevent further research into making them better.

In my cyberpunk storyline interdimensional travel and molecular reassignment were discovered, so that doesn't seem like too bad an idea as long as the molecular reassignment part is used wisely (i.e. CIA/FBI exclusive).
