I really do hope this works out well, I really do. I would have rather seen a System Shock movie but fuck it, this could be good.

No word on the casting, but they could fuck this up real bad with the wrong choices. Who would you pick to star in this, forum members?

Hmmm, I read about this before and was kind of hoping it wouldn't get made. I mean, it's such a good game that I don't think it really needs a movie. I enjoyed playing it immensely and I just don't see myself gaining anything from watching it as a movie.

Not sure about cast...I'd have to think about it. Although...hm. It might be weird, and he's a bit old for the game version of the character, but I submit that Ian McKellen would make an amazing Andrew Ryan.

Oh, oh and for Fontaine/Atlas, Sean Bean would be fucking *perfect*. At least I think so. Perfect blend of innocence and good intentions that can turn to absolute evil on a dime.

I hope they do this, and I hope they do it well. It has so much potential it would be sad if it went to waste.
