Warp Pipe Bazooka and Samus' Arm Cannon.
Other rare drops include Hatsune Miku's leak, a Hylian Shield, a shield that looks like the cover of Famitsu, and a V Jump Shield. God forbid they throw in a Master Sword in that list. The game comes out in November.

Wait! Is that a hack of the game or is that authentic?
My money's on the former.

It's going to be on the DS, it's legit as it's been in Japan since December of last year.

I can't wait for this game. I almost picked it up in Japan, but didn't want to have to deal with Japanese menus

I want that game. I seriously do.
For the DS, you say? Do you have to pay for any subscriptions?

You should totally check out the IRC channel.
While you're at it, go check out my band, Her Majesty's Heroines.

It apparently is an action RPG with three online modes (Play with random people, play with friends, and play by yourself, all online and I believe for free) as well as a full offline story mode.

Thanks for bringing this game to my attention. I never had a PSP so this should do nicely. I've only played Phantasy Star on the gamecube however I think I'm going to give this game a try.

Bumped to see if anyone else got this.
I for one, have been enjoying this game. It isn't quite the PSO games of the past, and the lack of a map to play against other players kind of blows, but it is still a lot of fun. There is a good amount of single player game play, including an 100 floor tower, with five or six rooms per floor. And the online play is quite good, though I don't have any friends to play with, the random matchmaking system has been providing me with a good amount of fun. Overall, I really like this game, and I believe it has dropped in price, so it shouldn't be too expensive.
Also, while there are plenty of joke weapons, I haven't found anything Nintendo themed yet. Still have to unlock super hard mode though, and they may be a rare drop there.

Sadly they took out stuff like the Pipe Cannon and the Hylian shield. I think they also took out Samus' arm cannon as well. I have the game as well and I've been slowly getting around my completion of Hard Mode. I beat the Eternal Tower first simply because I can't stand to save the hardest for last and I'm currently winding down with the easier missions. Hopefully I should have Super Hard mode in the next few days. If you ever get the chance to play online perhaps we could double-team a few missions.
EDIT: If I recall correctly they only took out those items on the English releases which really bothers me considering their shouldn't have been a problem getting them over here. I could be wrong though.

I have been meaning to beat the tower, but I just don't want to sit down and play through 100 floors. I was going to play through each mission in order, but I have been side tracked by the online free play. I am not sure how the online friend play works, but the free play seems to work more like the field mode rather than missions, though I am not sure if it is the same when playing with friends.

I play with an RAcast main, and with FOmar secondary, though I still need to level him.

It's worth it if you have any luck although I wouldn't recommend scaling it on Normal unless you really, really want to. I don't get on often but it's good to see someone using a Ranger other then myself. On Gamefaqs most people avoid them (especially the RAmar/marl) because they aren't nearly as powerful as the other classes. That didn't stop me though. Online play outside of free play allows you to use pictochat to say whatever you want and you can run about the town together with up to three other people (to my knowledge).
On a side note you can get some really great items (such as a rod that doesn't get outdated until you start getting 6 Star weapons) from the vending machines by entering codes found on Gamefaqs. I'm pretty sure the codes aren't found in game so it wouldn't hurt to check the cheats section.
I play a RAmar (level 75-6ish) main and on the side I use a FOnewm (level 26). I also have a HUcast I'm considering playing as just so I can have one of each class and race.
FC: 1720 3608 6043 My nickname is Oni but Bob will do as well. I don't get on all that often though but when I do I wouldn't mind doing a run or two with you.
EDIT: If you do enter those vending machine codes keep in mind that the code only works once per game-card. If you accidentally discard/sell/feed one of them to your mag you won't be able to get one back unless you find someone really generous to give you one.

I will probably end up doing the tower on hard first, though I will end up doing it on normal at some point for the five extra innovatory slots.
I find my RAcast is fairly reliable damage-wise, so long as I use strong attack and machine guns. Plus, I find it is way more durable than most of the classes, so it is a nice balance for me. It is what I played in PSO I&II, though I would alternate between the machine guns and spread weapons there.
Indeed, I picked up those weapons as soon as I picked up the game, though the lack of machine gun weapons there saddened me. In fact, I don't remember there being any guns, which is really saddening.
I only am up to level 52 on my main, and I believe 12 on my secondary, so I have a ways to go before I catch up to you.
I tend to play late at night (like, 11PM to 1AM) on PST, though that will change once school gets back in session.

This is my first real Phantasy Star so I don't know what I would've played. The RAmar I have deals enough damage to get by but I've seen the kind of damage Forces and Hunters can deal and I know I'll never even be in the same league. That being said if their is one thing I've gotten good at it's dodging during boss fights. A lot of people complain about the difficulty of Dark Falz but I find him to be one of the easier bosses as long as my shields are kept alive.
The Blade Cannon is technically a gun of sorts but yeah, it's a shame that they focused on Hunter and Force weapons although I love the strength of Caduceus. That thing is way too powerful for the level it lets you equip it at.
I agree however I'm more of a rifle-guy when I get a decent one. Currently I'm using the mech guns because the rifle I have is outclassed damage-wise by the nice set of Black Hawks I picked up however I usually prefer the range compared to the strafing ability.
On a side note don't worry about the Heaven's Mother boss at the top of the tower. She is absurdly easy compared to what I thought she'd be. She's basically just an amalgamation of Force, Blade (I think it's blade), and Shot Mother. All she does is float around and use a combination of the attacks of her lackeys. If you can beat Mother Trinity you can beat her.
http://www.pso-world.com/ This is a good website to visit if you already haven't. It contains a wealth of information concerning just about every aspect of the game.

I hate to bother you but it keeps saying your friend code is incorrect.

whoops, my bad, it is 3438, not 83. I have been near a week without my PC, and I am still not used to typing on my sister's Mac.
I just figured the tower was made up of all Force Mother, glad to know I will be getting some variety as I go up.
Also, the gunblades aren't guns, no matter what the icon says, they are swords, and only really useful for Hunters

Yeah, you randomly have to fight Blade and Shot Mothers as well.
Spread-shot aside the Gunblades are pretty melee heavy like you said. That aside the Earth Bullet PA is actually really good regardless of whether you're a hunter or a ranger.

I am sure it is, I just don't like the way they are designed, or at least classified. I would still use it if I found it though.

As a RAmar I usually stick to using Rifles and Mech Guns however when the mood takes me I occasionally bust out a decent Gunblade with Zero Impact and pretend I'm using Revolver Stake like the Alteisen.
