 She volunteered to do it.

Nekkoru linked to it in the chat. Blame him.

...should I delete the link or something?

No, it doesn't matter. Let all the LZST fans out there have their Christmas present early.

We should push this comic on the unexpected and retarded masses. We would have to completely edit our posts to show how much we enjoy this comic, then see how many fans we can get to enjoy such drek.

My theory is that longetivity is the key to success. Look at Anvil, they kept making music, and they ended up with a hit movie and a spot opening for AC/DC.
As long as Ms. Acid keeps doing daily updates, sooner or later, someone will care.

After reading the cracked.com atricle on 'the 5 circles of webcomic hell' i actually was bold (or retarded) enough to check one out . . . the one with the pedo mouse called 'Concession'. Really, if you think the internet couldn't provided anything more mind boggling . . . I only kept looking through the comic to see how bad it could get. It just got worse and worse. It's obvious the maker of the comic is an art student and to be fare the comic has decent illustations at times but sadly the thing is filled with yaoi furry drama. It's obvious he caters to the fan girls on the net . . . like himself.
Oh and i will never trust my curiosity again. Some of that shit almost caused me to go blind. I'm going to go bash my head in the wall until the memories of that yiff fest are no more.

 And yes . . . i know what yiffing is . . . shutter shutter . . .

Unfortunately, that's the problem with webcomics: a ridicously low bar entry, along with little to no editing involved means everyone and their mother will post a comic (mostly out of boredom) regardless of how bad is it.

In fairness however, there are GOOD webcomics out there that aren't about gaming or fetish-based; of course, they tend to be hard to find due to the shitload of crappy comics in the barrel.

With that said, i seriously need to get my comic back on track...

i.e. Just read a bit of Concession... I just have to say that drama isn't his forte. Or comedy for that matter.

Well, my abandoned site has tons of shitty and discontinued sprite comics. Looking back, I can see they're abominations compared to other comics. Mostly from being created in MSPaint. I'm just disappointed this site ever existed.

This thread inspired me to make a purposefully shitty web comic in ms paint about the drunken misadventures of me and my buddies. So far it's a horrible pile of shit.

I know, but I'm posting for contribution value. I just feel bad I even looked at Freewebs back then. If I ever get back into the webcomic kick, I might make a series of PhotoShop vector drawn comics chained to a cyberpunk/fanfic hybrid story. I usually do this stuff when I'm bored in my more mature status and never expect it to be anything spectacular.

I actually laughed a bit, but IF I ever get around to the comic, which is definitly NOT a guarantee, it's not gonna even try to be funny.

Oh what the hey; might as well toss it to the fray:

Currently on hiatus because life sucks, but like I said, hoping to get it back on track and apply improvements based on what I've learned during the hiatus.

CAD is pretty much webcomic Kryptonite to me. I mean, there is definitely worse stuff out there (Shredded Moose comes to mind,) but the fact that the comic is Tim Buckley's full-time job. so to speak, makes it look a lot worse. It's lacking in both the artistic and humor departments.

A friend of mine had a gaming strip from 06 to 08, called Death by Pixel . He pretty much hates all but the latest strips of it, now. Certainly not the worst, maybe not even outright bad to some, but some of it makes me cringe. I cringe not only because the jokes aren't good, but because there was a time where I thought they were .
