Anyone remember this game, or even hear of it? It wasn't well put together, especially in the voice department, but it was simple, fun to play, and the anime archtype parodies are funny. And the special moves are over the top awesome.
Watched a few minutes. That looks cool, in the beginning I thought the "laser star" was going to cut up the fighter into little pieces Resident Evil the Movie style, I was sad when it didn't happen. The special moves are pretty sweet.

Man, a lot Playstation games didn't get the recognition they deserved. This was one of them, I remember playing this as a kid, when I was like four or so.
I actually have this game and must say I haven't played it much. I just remember the controls not being very fluid. Maybe I'll have to give it another crack, it may be worth the time.

If I remember correctly, it's different from most fighting games that use "hadoken"-style controller movements. I remember there being only two buttons (attack and special), jumps and dashes were done with double-taps, and you could change up your moves by holding the button down or something.
I don't remember exactly, but once you figured it out, it works out very well.
