It essentially lets you draw and add sounds and vocalizations to animations, as well as send them to your friends. For being free, I must admit this is a very cool update.
I have been making quirky little animations all day, however it is obvious that you can do some mildly professional stuff with a little skill and dedication.
iPhone games are what you play when you can't get at actual games. You know, like how sometimes alcoholics drink mouthwash.

Hmm, mine is 58B4B4F01E308D36 although I think you can only trade locally (which is fucking dumb) I have some cool animations I wanna share with the world damnit! I hope they change this in the future.
If I could find my DS I would definitely get this. I always would resort to making elaborate animations in PictoChat, which sometimes took hours and could never save.
Look at the controller
A Nazi with a social degree
A middle-class hero
A rapist with your eyes on me!

That is entirely the point of it. Plus they blocked all flashcards with an update you have to download before you can get Flipnote. Nintendo is very clever.
