I can't for the life of me remember this show i used to watch as a kid and in searching the web all i found was a cached ( and unanswered) yahoo question

I remember a show that aired after ThunderCats on weekdays right before Toonami. It had characters on a fighting team in power armor, and one of them was named Steel Heart. I also remember that one of the villains was a chick with a keytar. Anyone remember anything like this? It was a total piece of shit, but I'd still like to know for the novelty.
