Read about it on Yahtzee's site and it sounds entertaining in the way that only a cheesy slasher flick can be. anybody seen it? Is it worth picking up for shits and giggles, or will it just be ho hum? Does it really have lots and lots of people being thrown through glass? Confused

a little bizarre piece. I remember seeing it wen I was like 12. I've been considering watching it again in my Sundays' bizarre horror movies show.
I think it holds together, maybe in a couple of weeks I'll tell you more...

It's been a while since I last watched it, but I remember it being enjoyable, and slasher movies usually bore me for the most part. It was sadly lacking in the gore department, though. It's also one of the only Bruce Campbell movie's I've seen where he's not being completely over the top. You see his acting chops here.

You can probably get it on ebay as well as its sequels.

I've yet to see it but it looks hilarious.

I just wasted entirely too much money on the Friday the 13th boxset, so no more spending for me.

Hmm I'll have to splurge one day and get all 3 maniac cops and all the evil deads so I can bask in the glow of Bruce Campbell's chin Razz

You should get the Boomstick Edition of Army Of Darkness if you can.
http://www.moviefreak.com/dvd/a/armydarkboomstick_a.htm

It comes with both the U.S. theatrical version and the "Director's Cut"
The "Director's Cut" along with watching the deleted scenes makes the movie make more sence. Even in the Director Commentary Bruce and Sam joke about it. Like the whole running into the mirror in the windmill scene.

Bubba Ho-Tep is a good aswell.
