I feel like I have done pretty well a few times but my scores are always so low compared to other people.

How does this work? From what I've seen, it doesn't seem to follow the rhythm of the songs very much 
When I clean up my hard drive a bit I'll give this a try.

If this is the game on steam then I have it.
It depends on which character you use and the string of combos you can achieve but other then that you just have to be quick. Hot colors are higher points then Cool colors and each of the characters have special powers. My trick is, get songs that no one would ever think of having. I've got the theme from Narc by the Pixies and I was champ for about four months. I still hold a bunch of Group X songs. Also, there are a few songs that go with the beat, but it's mostly just hoping it works out well...

I played this on my friend's computer once, it was pretty fucking cool. I don't have Steam though, and I don't think my computer could really handle it.

I downloaded the demo for this game and when started running it, the RAM it used made my computer slow down so much that I ended up restarting my computer. Did anyone else have this problem, or is it just because I have a 448MB RAM?

You have to lower almost everything to make it run completely smooth or turn off all background operations. I always seem to think it's steam's background stuff that slows you down when you play it.

I really like this game. I bought it off Steam a while back and play it constantly. I think it generates the "levels" fairly well based on the songs you use.

It is the low amount of ram. It runs fine on all of my systems (all 2GB+)

I got this a year ago. Fun stuff especially considering my XBOX HUEG music collection, except the highest settings run too slow on this laptop.
I like playing Mono and Pointman Pro.

I've heard about this game and love the idea of it, but it doesn't work with Macs.
