RegalSin was a houseplant who somehow learned to use a computer. He amused and vexed everyone with his nonsensical bullshit, and then was banned after he made racist comments. I'd direct you to his profile page, but I can't find it.

He made repeated racist remarks, despite several warnings. He also went off on at least two pro-pedophilia rants. And he'd post in every goddam thread.

He lived in New York City, from what I recall. It is assumed that he immigrated from some other country, as English couldn't possibly have been his first language.
