If no one ever died, then to balance out the population, no one would get born, either. THERE WOULD BE NO MORE CHILDREN.

Thank you, Alan Moore.

Well, realistically what would happen is that the drug would be priced so that only wealthy people could afford it. So the rich would live forever. That, or we'd find other ways to control the population like engineered plagues, war, terrorism, or denial of resources.

I think I'm cool with dying around 60 or so. I still want to have control of my bowels and memory when I die. I wanna do it Seinfeld style and end it while im still up. I don't want a bunch of relatives who don't give a shit about me coming to visit me out of obligation and hating every moment, being treated like a child.

You think that the quality of your life will be that bad at 60?

I am hoping to be up and able for 99% of non-sport type things until I'm at least 75. I mean, I want a good 15 years of healthy retirement.

I'm torn on this.

On one hand, who wouldn't love to stave off the negative effects of aging, such as baldness, loss of libido and being sore from the previous day's workout every time you wake up?

On the flip side, we're going to be looking at overpopulation, stretching social security even further, and MORE and OLDER drivers on the road.

This is how you fix that. If you want to live longer you must swear you've never had kids. You also must become sterilized so you can never have kids. This keeps the population in check.

It's a win-win

As awesome as it seems, seriously, why the hell are people so afraid of dying? And even if this stuff was real, I doubt it could add more than three to four years to your average life-expectancy. People have been trying to come up with this product for centuries, and I doubt this one will be any better than our past attempts.
And besides, I honestly think life would get pretty damn boring when your near 113 years old when you're senile and in a nursing home and can barely do shit anymore regardless if you took the drug or not.
