I have read some messed up things in my life, but this is right up there with the most absurd of them all.

A man had sex with a woman. She said the child was his. They broke up and he paid child support for years. He had a DNA test prove it wasn't his kid. He still paid child support. Finally he lost his job and became homeless. Without money he could not provide for himself and therefore not for a child that he never had.

The judge ruled that he needed to go to jail for not paying child support. It is also important to know that the judge knew about the whole situation and still put him in jail.

That is fucked up. But maybe he was doing the guy a favor.

Jail > jobless, homeless, and penniless.

If I was out on the street, I'd murder someone in front of plenty of witnesses just for the guaranteed food and shelter of prison.

I am forever bitter towards women for many reasons, and this just adds to the list. I have heard some fucked up stories, but this could take the cake.

I have a friend who moved in with his girlfriend who happened to be a lawyer and had two kids(just to clarify, they were not his kids). They split up after 8 or 9 months and because common Law takes effect after 6 months she took half of his money for "child support". I have heard way too many nightmarish stories to ever fully trust a woman again.

I've read numerous stories like this. If she names you as the father, you need to prove her wrong QUICKLY or else the window of opportunity to contest it is closed. Then you're fucked for 18 years of child-support payments. Much like with rape, as simple accusation is all a woman needs to get her way, and to ruin the life of a man. (Disclaimer: I am NOT downplaying the plight of true rape victims. But a woman who uses a false accusation to get her way is the lowest form of scum alive).

That said.....men in general can protect themselves from these situations if they would STOP GETTING INVOLVED WITH WHORES. There are good women out there. Leave the trash alone.

Personally I'd rather die out on the streets than be subjected to forced buttsex from a very large man.

So instead of taking the guy in and help him get a job she just says 'fuck it' and lets him rot in jail? Before anyone answers this, taking him in could have benefited her as well, since getting him a job again would mean more money for her, i mean the kids.

Then again what man would want to live with the bitch who lied to him in the first place and took every last cent he had. I'd feel sorry for the guy but it's his own damn fault for trusting her (it's apparent she was not trustworthy to begin with) and maybe jail will be good for him. He could start a support group for other guys who got fucked by women who abuse the law.

She is lucky the guy isn't totally crazy. If he was as vindictive as she is, he might have decided to eliminate the problem.

AZ is even more notorious w/child support. all the guys i know who have kids, are getting screwed in terms of child support.

Child support laws are buggered to all hell, and could use an overhaul, with an emphasis on carving em down to minimum size.

I'm just curious, can a guy demand child support from a woman if he is the one legitimately taking care of the kids, or is it all one sided?

from what i understand, they can. but its usually not enforced as much compared to how they get guys.

This is justice denied and it pisses me off like nothing else. Hell yeah, the child support system needs a complete reboot.

I was kinda going to stay out of this one, but those were my thoughts exactly. Yes, the girl was a bitch, but the legal system is designed to protect people like that guy from women like her. I'd blame the system for this miscarriage.
