I've gotten like 20 e-mails from people asking me why Terranigma wasn't on the fucking SNES list. BECAUSE IT WASN'T FUCKING RELEASED IN NORTH AMERICA. Read the intro to the list, assholes.

Didn't read it, but I assume the top 5 consists of Chrono Trigger, FF3, Secret of Mana, and oh we've seen the list a million times.

I hate video based lists that don't publish the list in written format. I don't have the time to watch this now, so I have no idea who is on the list, but I bet I would disagree with at least some of them.

I've only played 1, 3, 4, and 6 (if you feel the need to shoot me for not playing FF2 yet, I understand), but as far as I can tell, the list looks pretty good. Although I'm surprised Super Mario RPG wasn't higher.

He said, since FF Tactics qualifies as an RPG, then so should Ogre Battle because they have similar gameplay styles...

FF Tactics wasn't on the list. He only mentioned Tactics because he said it qualifies as an RPG, which is his logic for putting Ogre Battle on his list. Anway, I agree with you, both of them shouldn't be classified as RPG's, they're more strategy.

FF2 is FF4.
FF2, FF3, and FF5 weren't originally released here so FF4 was released as FF2 and FF6 was released as FF3. It wasn't until FF7 that we switched to the real numbering system.

How can you possibly be satisfied with a Lufialess list of RPG's He includes a non american released game, a game which is pretty much the LoZ: Lite with no LoZ on the list: The least impressive BoF; One of the crappier games Square has ever released; one of the easiest RPG's ever created; A game I don't think anyone has actually played all the way through where you use Tarot Cards to fight; And 4 straight RPG's that are the epitomy of greatness on the SNES. This list sucks balls.

I mentioned 'Equinox' cause I don't think it got enough press. It was the sequel to "Solctice'. Also never played Earthbound, Ogre Battle, or Super Mario RPG. Probably because when I hear 'Super Mario' and 'RPG' in the same sentence I can't keep a straight face. Also only played Lufia once but not enough to really rate it.
