I took a look at the page and here are the plusses and minuses.

+1 steampunk is cool in a nerdy way
+1 has a machinist base class, which I endorse
+1 is free
+1 is endorsed by atlus, the new pre-bullshit squaresoft

-5is an MMO, which means its a giant timesink that I just can't afford.

So in conclusion, don't play it.
