Okay, i'll confess that i lean to the left side of the political spectrum, I do mostly have a Liberal mindset. However, i'm not closed minded and will hear out and try to understand the Conservative side of an argument, as long as the argument can have a well thought out debate, including examples, on how one side is more right then the other.

Then you hear crap like this. I'm going to say it now, i was offended by a lot of what he said and was willing to hear his side if he would elaborate on some points. You're not at Wrestle Mania, Warrior, when you talk in front of college kids, you need to do more then shout.

I'm not for Homosexuality but if someone whats to live that kind of life, then who am i to force them to except a heterosexual lifestyle. And I would hear him out, if he would give more then just "that's not how it is" line and actually go into more detail, like, if "everyone is homo then no one produces off spring and we're all screwed" but no, he couldn't even bother with entertaining a point he knew would cause backlash.

He brings up a good point that it is not the government's job to entirely take care of it's people but without government assistance in some aspects then we might as well be an Anarchy (which he apposes).

Human being are the dominate species in this world because we HAVE the dynamic to think and act in different ways. America, the country he praises, takes pride in the fact that while everyone may not be equal (thanks for pointing that out WARRIOR) but there are inalienable equal rights that ever citizen has that no one can take form them.

Oh and yes Mr. Warrior, the Liberal's Utopia of Sunshine and Puppy dogs is crakced out and will never happen and is not part of reality HOWEVER, neither is your Black and White world were there are only right or wrong answers. If there is no thought into an argument, then there is no progression.

I find it kind of ironic that his moving speech at the end would probably inspire a lot of liberals to be even more liberal.

I read some of the comments to the video and at least some Conservatives are say "yeah, he don't represent us all", that we are in fact watch an extreme side of Conservatism.

Guys and Gals of the forum, I can say this right now that Politics are one thing i find interesting to discuss but will always hate them because they irate me so.

PS: I encourage you to read the comments, some of them are priceless.

Mr. Hellwig went batshit insane a looooooooong time ago. This is nothing new. (His name is legally "Warrior" now, BTW)

There was his "Queering don't make the world work" line a few years back that got him some attention. And I find this a riot: http://www.somethingawful.com/d/legal-threats/legal-threat-ultimate.php

And that comic was pretty insane.

I'm not even going to touch his wrestling career.

Poor guy doesn't seem to do anything right these days.
You know, he went venturing on politics and crashed face-first on the floor, Shockmaster-wise, delivering such 'epic' commentaries about today's politics in the USA.
I can only feel bad for him, seeing that years of drug abuse and excessive ego left him the way he is now. If 'The Wrestler' was based on him it'd be a comedy of bombing proportions, just saying...

There's really not much you can say. His promos were too cool way back when, and he made a lot of money in a short amount of time and then took a fuck-all attitude towards it. Even if he is a weirdo now, better for him than dying in some anonymous hotel of a coke overdose or whatever like so many other wrasslers imo.

He was cool at first, but he was also responsible for some of the most bizarre shit ever seen. Especially his stuff with NWO.

I am a Republican, but I am moderate. That shit almost convinced me to register as democrat for the next election. I won't though. The governor of my state , Martin O'Malley, is the biggest asshole I have ever seen in office. I would vote for anybody over him. To be honest I am considering just moving out of this fucking state because of him. Pennsylvania and Deleware are much cheaper for cost of living than here. That isn't just talk either. I could sell my house here and buy one in those states and my house would be paid for (and I could buy a larger one). I might be willing to deal with an hour and a half commute to work for that.

Sorry for the tangent, but Mr. Warrior reminded me of Mr. O'Malley. The are both extremist and shouldn't represent their parties; they are just extremists on different sides. Only problem is O'Malley isn't just made fun of in magazines and websites, he is in charge and screwing my state over. He brought MD from actually having a surplus budget into one that is struggling for money. Because of that Marylanders are paying for it though more taxes. Oh, and let's go back and forth on trying to keep the Preakness here. That doesn't bring anything to MD <sarcasm>. Maryland sucks. They are paying millions of dollars to decide if a major highway that people go to work on everyday (that is raised above most of the city to avoid gridlock) should be torn down and have redlights to make the surrounding businesses flourish. Oh, and to actually do it that would cost billions, Why the fuck is that even being considered? The only people that should come here are people that want to join the Naval Academy. The Naval Academy needs to move to a more deserving state too though. Maryland sucks, and I am proud to say that.

P.S. If you don't believe me on the cost of living look at this from the Governments per diem site:

http://www.gsa.gov/Portal/gsa/ep/contentView.do?queryYear=2009&contentType=GSA_BASIC&contentId=17943&queryState=Maryland&noc=T

I am in the area where you get 64 bucks a day for food. Now let us go to a truly major state that deserves the reputation:

http://www.gsa.gov/Portal/gsa/ep/contentView.do?queryYear=2009&contentType=GSA_BASIC&contentId=17943&queryState=California&noc=T

http://www.gsa.gov/Portal/gsa/ep/contentView.do?queryYear=2009&contentType=GSA_BASIC&contentId=17943&queryState=New+York&noc=T

Oh my. Anne Arundel County and Annapolis is the same as New York City and Los Angeles? Bullshit.

I hate Maryland.

Really sorry for the huge tangent. Ultmate warrior is an ass too. I hate political extremists in any way, shape, or form.

Yeah, but after the whole "BURY ME SNAKE MAN" shit with Jake Roberts, nothing really seemed too strange coming from UW imo. Laughing

I consider the fact that someone like that hates me and everything I stand for a bigass complement, personally.

Roschach lives his life without moral comprimise, and dies without regret. Calling him admirable might be pushing it, but he's...whats the word, I don't know. You can understand where he's coming from, especially if you know his background. And although canon he smells, he has the bitchin pulp hero trench and mask thing goin on.

As per ultimate warrior, why on earth would anyone listen to him? I mean, I don't listen to wrestlers as a matter of philosophy, unless they advocate such obvious things as training and eating your vitamins. But even in his heyday ultimate warrior was an idiot and an asshole. Plus he was a bitch in Streets of Rage 2.

This thread is pretty pointless other than to say "Look how crazy Warrior still is!". He was crazy and incomprehensible when he wrestled as The Ultimate Warrior, he had clearly lost it when he changed his name legally to just Warrior, and to try to actually listen to him as a means of attaining knowledge is absurd.

Anyone who would base ANY of their opinion of conservatives on Warrior's words or actions is a fucking retard.

Also note that anyone who would base ANY of their opinion of liberals on Michael Moore's words or actions is a fucking retard.

Crazy people are crazy and should be disregarded, no matter how famous they may be.

Several wrestlers have legally changed their names to that of their gimmicks to get around WWE/F's trademarking of their ring names. So this isn't necessarily nutso.

+over 9000. I cannot TELL you how much Michael Moore related shit I get on a weekly basis. And I don't even LIKE the asshole.

(Okay, Roger and Me was watchable, but other than that, fuck him for being an inflammatory douchebag.)
