He didn't break the rules. As, you can clearly see the word "said" (1st Line, 2nd Word) is in lower caps. Therefore, he did not post "in all caps". Just almost all caps.

istead of resolving an issue, it's easier to be a baby and abuse mod powers.
and for the record, tebor. I like this board. I liek the people that psot here. sure I may fuck with mr. bomberman or go zany with murdar every now and then, but at the end of the day, I dont' ahve a problem wit hthe people here, so I find it HIGHLY insulting to keep being singled out over stupid shit. I'm glad that you don't do this.
