I've heard Roffle-Copter and LOLi-coaster used quite a bit in everyday conversation. I even know a couple of people who say L-O-L instead of laughing.

Hmmm, I've never heard people SAY it to me in person. I've seen it millions of times on text messages. But the weirdest for me to see "lol" is when one of my peers did it on a critique card in my public speaking class in college last year during the summer session. I thought it was utterly stupid to actually write an internet acronym on a piece of paper that's supposed to provide constructive criticism/feedback on your presentation.
