I have a serious problem ("serious" as in "not funny". Not "serious" as in "people are dying").
Basicly, my wife and I don't do anything. We go out by ourselves to the movies, or to dinner, but we never do anything where we might meet other people in a social setting.
She says she wants to go out, I ask her where she does, and she has no idea, and neither do I.
Before you say "bar", we don't drink.
So any help would be appreciated. We really have no idea how to meet people.

Movies and Dinner are a classic standby until you think of something a little less pedestrian. Any hobbies or interests you both share? Anything either of you has always wanted to try but haven't got around to yet?
Check the local paper see if there is anything cool going on like a festival or something.
Other than that I'm stumped, I'm kind of a hermit so that's all about I've got for suggestions.

^ Those were good suggestions actually, especially the hobby/festival idea.
If you're religious, I would maybe suggest going to a local institution of your choice. Oftentimes Churches et al have a great social network, and usually good (if sometimes weird) people.

Use Facebook to reconnect with old friends who live in your area.

I work horrible hours for church. I tend to go to sleep just as services start. Otherwise I probably would.

What about other activities such as picnics, bowling, taking long walks, etc.?
It would get you out of the house and into enviroments were you are more likely to meet other people.

Good ideas.
I want to clarify the problem isn't finding things to do per se, it's meeting people.

It's summer, so if you two like sports, you can get involved in a co-ed softball league. I've done that, it's fun. It's like I'm 12 again, catching those fly balls in Left Field.

Teach her to play MTG.
If you bring her to tournaments, everyone will want to be your friend.

If you find a common hobby such as Scuba Diving you will meet new people. Also, have you ever considered taking classes for ballroom dancing and the like. I know couples that have met new friends though classes like that. If that isn't your cup of tea just suck it up and try it.

If you like bowling, go with that. Get into a league or something that meets once or a few times a week.

Take dance lessions. Like Ballroom or Tango. You're bound to meet other couples in your class.

If the two of you have any interest in sports, your local YMCA probably has all sorts of leagues you could join. Being on a team kind of forces you to meet people, and you can go from there.

Usa,
I hear ya on this one. When we lived in Boston I felt so disconnected from friends and family. I was always waiting for someone to come and visit me from my home state or for me to take a trip back.
At the end, things got better. I started to make some friends, but then they all slowly moved away and so did I.
Now that I am back in CT, I am much more active, but it is due to falling on the best of old stable relationships.
If I was happy in a town and didn't have those relationships I would do the following:
1. Involve myself with the town somehow. Towns always have events and things to get yourself involved with.
2. Involve myself with my religion.
3. Involve myself with sports.
Notice how I keep saying myself? I guess my wife and I could do these things together, that would be great. But the idea is that couples tend to make friends with other couples through one of the individuals. It is rare that two people would meet two other people and become friends that way.
I also agree that Facebook is a good way to get in touch with people who you might remember and want to get back in touch with.
Lastly, co-workers are a good place to look if you like them.
It all starts with a simple conversation, hey would you and your wife wanna have dinner with me and mine some time? That shit would be odd for singles, but couples are totally allowed to do it, especially when married.

You could always do a Fred and Rose West type deal, except friends "come" and "go" a lot.
