FUCK YES FUCK YES FUCK YES FUCK YES FUCK YES FUCK YES!!!!!!! It has been confirmed for release in later '09. No word on whether it'll include Sammy- or Gary-fronted stuff, or if Michael Anthony will be in it, but I don't see why not.

It would be foolish for them NOT to have a Van Halen version. So Ross, as a Van Halen fan, which era do you think was the best and worst for Van Halen (when i say era i mean when which vocalist during that era was the best, which was the worst for you?)

I'm a fa of all three eras, but I guess for me it's Diamond Dave, Sammy, Gary. Though if you put it into percentages and shit, there might be a higher percentage of Gary that I like that Sammy stuff. Sammy has almost two whole albums I won't listen to.

Kickass!
I doubt they'll include any Gary. They may not even include any Sammy, since Eddie is currently feuding with both Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony. Hell, the only reason he's mad at Michael is for being FRIENDS with Sammy.
I really hope they do include some Sammy stuff though. The DLR stuff has better guitar parts, but the Sammy stuff is more fun to sing.

Same here. I really want to see an Iron Maiden edition. I'll be all set if they put that one out.

What's that? I can't hear you over how awesome Iron Maiden is. (Especially when "Run to the Hills" is cranked up...)
Okay okay off my fangirl soapbox. This will actually be really cool and I'm looking forward to it. I just hope they keep the graphics closer to GH: Metallica and not so much with the cartoony style they've had in the past. Not that you do much watching of the characters while you play, but still.

Perhaps, though I can see an Ozzy/Black Sabbath combo sometime too.

So what songs do you guys think'll be on there? Hot For Teacher and Panama are definite picks, and they'd be stupid not to include Eruption. Those are givens, though.

They leaked the XBox Achievements list, which confirms Little Guitars, Cathedral, Eruption, and Spanish Fly by name. As far as the rest...shit, it's really hard to say, because some of Eddie's best work is his least known.

There was a rumor that 2 Minutes To Midnight was supposed to be on the GH Metallica game, along with Bodom's Needled 24/7.
As for VH, I'm The One, Light Up The Sky, Sinner's Swing and In A Simple Rhyme, better be on there, or I will be severly pissed.
