Could you guys please, PLEASE stop with the stupid fucking name changes? Just because it sounds cool on IRC doesn't mean it'll fit right in the forum. It also alienates the shit out of non-IRC users (i.e. ones that miss this message) to the point where the won't even recognize you.

I don't know man, I get the vibe that if it was anyone other than M3GA, there wouldn't be so much of a fuss. I don't care one way or another, if the kid wants a name change, give it to him.
I was thinking of shortening my name to Enshin, personally, everyone already calls me it anyway and it would be easier for new posters who don't want to type out "enshinkarateman", or, if they play the nickname game, be stumped as to whether to call me "enshin" or "karateman."

It was not just aimed at him; He was only the straw that broke the camel's back. I thought ThatGuy changing his name to ToGdor was stupid too.

It's not targeted at him persay, but I agree all these name changes are getting annoying, especially since they're mostly the dregs like Mega who are doing it.

And if you wanted to shorten your name or add capital letters or something, that is of course acceptable.

Shortening one's name isn't the same as changing it. To be honest though, I don't mind yours at all at its full lenght.

As for M3GA MAN, it feels like an attempt for him to stay on the forums and hopefully be more accepted as a regular and less pinned as the class clown. Personally I think he should have kept the old name and acted more in line with the type of responses he expected to receive.

This is a name change failure.

I changed partially because of IRC, but mostly because there's a million other "ThatGuys" ot the internet.

I had a name change mostly because Dummies_ch2 makes almost no sense :\ I dunno what provoked me to choose that as my User name in the first place Razz

I will forever be jackfrost. I like amibiguous usernames. Why did I choose it? So I will eventually be called jack no matter what. People are lazy, so they will tire of calling me jackfrost and call me jack eventually. Is that my name? Does it make a difference? No, it doesn't.
