I'd say Wanted. The movies mentioned on this list at least have an entertainment value (and I genuinely loved Ed Wood), so it takes a special crap for me to consider a movie the "worst" I've seen. Wan was basically just a rip-off of other movies or comics, but with the heart removed for the sake of frat boys and idiot nerds. It's like the writers and directors said:

"Hey, you know what movies were awesome? Office Space and The Matrix. You know what made them suck? Social commentary and a story that's not shit-balls retarded. Oh, let's throw in some stupid race jokes as well. Here's an assload of money for bullet time and signing on Morgan Freeman. He'll do anything these days."

So here's to you Mrs. Robinson. People love you more- oh, nevermind.

I don't understand how movies like Star Wars Episode 1, Ed Wood and Street Fighter can be on some of your lists when they are at least entertaining or watchable. Pieces of shit like Gigli, Catwoman and Baby Geniuses are watchable by no one. And anyone that says they have sat through the duration of any of them are either A. Lying or B. Robots.

To put it simply I thought Episode I was so bad that I don't even enjoy the original trilogy as much as I used to. That just saddens me. The characters were either bland or annoying, the plot was complete nonsense, and even the action was not that entertaining. I'm not bad mouthing the entire prequel trilogy though, because I didn't mind Episode II and III. Those two, while not as good as the original trilogy, were entertaining enough to maintain my interest. I would literally erase the memory of Episode I from my mind if I had the choice though. As for Gigli, Catwoman, and Baby Geniuses I'm sure they are bad, but I will never know. I have never any any desire to see any of them and doubt I ever will.

The worst part about Ep1 is that the main plot of the movie feels like it has no bearing on what happens in the rest of the series. I could sit through Ep2 because the events in it affect what happens in the later movies. Ep1 was just awful because Nute Gunray and his crew attacking Naboo didn't affect the rest of the film. Anakin looked like he was 6 and Padme looked like she was 20ish, so the whole romance thing was kinda fucking creepy. And the whole mediclorian thing removed to allure of the force by trying to scientifically explaining it.

Also, who the fuck named Nute Gunray? A fucking 5 year old? Did Lucas get the name from RAYGUN?!

Don't get me started on Star Wars names - especially prequel ones. Mace Windu? What the hell is that? Qui Jonn Jin? What a jumble of the weirder letters in the alphabet.

[geek] Most of the names are from foriegn words, whose meanings fit the character. For instance = "Padmé Amidala".

"Padmé" is Sanskrit for "lotus flower," while "Amidala" is a variant of "Amitabha", which means a spiritual manifestation. In Egyptian, the name "Nabirye" means "Mother of twins." Padmé's own surname, Naberrie, appears to be a homonym. [/geek]

Oh yeah, I remember hearing that about Padme's name before.

If it's not latin based though, I automatically don't like them. Razz

Damn you Cyrillic alphabet! Perhaps if I was 2nd generation Serbian-American instead of 4th generation, I'd understand you.

Wait, Babel Fish actually worked for once, LS's sentence means:

"Latin languages are overestimated"

Lies!

I remember when I was in high school, a bunch of girls convinced me and a couple of friends to go watch Titanic......
I'm ashamed of myself.
Also about Star Wars, I think Episode II sucks the most. I had to watch it in like 3 parts.....
Slumdog Millionaire scored like a hole pile of Oscars but I still think it sucks...
Man, I hate many movies I couldn't decide on which one to choose....

PD: T3 also in my list

In spite of the fact I've actually sat through Twilight (sucked yes, but not, actually, as much as I expected), my vote would have to go either to "Wicker Man" (Nicholas Cage remake of course--the original actually kicks a lot of ass), or "The Knowing" (also Nicholas Cage....coincidence? I think not!)

Titanic would be up there to because the plot was fucking awful and it was three hours long, but for me the costumes and sets and cinematography (and the subplots, actually) elevate it enough to make it better than the movies cited above. Episode One was awful too, but again, the mere fact that Jedis and lightsabers were in it makes it more win than the others.

I must say that I did not like 300. It was to overhyped and by the time I saw It I was like "meh, at least it wasn't my ten bucks" While it was a good story by Frank Miller, I thought Sin City was much better then that.

The worst movies I watched include:
Ready To Rumble (Fatal WCW mistake)
Napoleon Dynamite
Attack of the Killer Tomatoes
Anything any pro-wrestler has ever starred in
Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (Yeah, it sucked)
BloodRayne II
I Pronounce You Husband and Larry
Most recent Eddie Murphie movies
Psycho, starring Vince fucking Vaughn
The Flinstones live-action movies (Who ever thought Rosie O'Donnell could be hot shall be burned in a stake)
Most superhero flicks (honorable mentions to Ghost Rider, Spiderman 3 and Daredevil)
All parody flicks (i.e. Scary Movie and such)
Cloverfield

My list is big all over, yeah!

I happened to like Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within and Ghost Rider. I've already stated my feelings about Spider-Man 3.
