I was getting ready to target this after I first got Bleach fansubs back in September of last year, but I just forgot about it over time.. Now the anime is licensed by FUNimation and I will have to wait until 2007... Karma's a bitch.
School Rumble looks really appealing to me though, and I'm set to buy a couple chapters of the manga.
Note: I also played the PS2 dating sim games based on this. They're.. good.
