So I'm trying to install DCI Reporter v.3 for the magic tournaments I run. First it made me download .NET 2.0 which I have working. Now when I run it, I get this error:

I went to the website and downloaded the MDAC 2.8 software, but when I try to run it I get this error:

I'm running on Windows 2000 Professional. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? There is a file advpack.dll in the appropriate folder, but I don't know if it's the correct version or if it's corrupt

If someone can help me out, I have a solution to this:
The error is from a program trying to validate my copy of windows. The copy of windows is very real, but is partially corrupt apparently so that won't run. If anyone could download MDAC 2.8 off the microsoft site for me and e-mail it to me, that'd be awesome. If someone can, please post a message here and e-mail me the file at dr_jeebus@sydlexia.com. It's only like 5 megs so it shouldn't take any time at all, and it'd help me out a ton. Thanks!

The file is mdac_typ.exe. If it gives you WGAPluginInstaller, you need to run that first and then you can download the file.

Nevermind! I was able to download it through internet explorer. Not sure why I couldn't with firefox, and don't care.
