Well regardless of the fact that many of us disagreed with Murdar being in the original one, it makes no sense to always have the person in it be there. It should just stay as Murdar, and I have a legitimate reason!
We all know how B.B. will vote. Basically it means that when the 8 others vote, in the event of a tie, B.B. wins. The whole point of the panel was to break a tie to begin with because we didn't think the person should advance, and if the vote is 5-4 then that's just what happened. Yeah, there's the precident with Murdar, but that's just the 9 people Syd picked. Any of us could be in a tie, and to keep changing it around wouldn't work. What if we replace Murdar with B.B., and Syd's vote goes to a tie? Would the 9th vote be made by Murdar or B.B. since Syd is already on the panel and doesn't need to replace that slot. Having the same 9 throughout just makes much more sense.

I dunno what blarog your talkign about, but I have the one from street fighter alpha 3 in my mugen already, and I might have the one from street fighter 2.
if you can find a metal man, I'll do the match and record it for you. the only metal man I was able to find had a corrupted .air, and I am still elarning how to fix that stuff.

While it's not my decision, at this point I think it'd be best to just do what Jeebus suggested. Same 9 people, including Murdar.
