Here's a hint: She could never do that naked and get away with it... There's a reason her garment is kinda long and flowy, it's covering up the chair she's sitting on, which is attached to the cane, which probably has a large base underneath that furry rug.

There is a seat under her that is attached to the cane, which is just a metal pole with a balanced flat section under it.
She is sitting on a chair that happens to provide a fun illusion.

Yeah, they showed how to do that on one of the "Breaking the Magician's Code" shows on Fox years ago.
