I voted the Ripper because it was be an interesting plot twist. Jack the Ripper, a female? Makes me think of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels when thye realize that Janet was actually the Jackal?

EDIT:
Maybe she's both. She's an English prostitute who portrays "Jack the Ripper" to reduce business competition. It's just a matter of murder justified by economics.
