Really? I loved San Andreas because of the Oblivion-esque exploration aspect of it...I can see why you'd say that, though.
Wow, I originally wasn't interested in the game at all due to the top-down perspective (and the fact that I couldn't stand the first two games), but now I think I might actually invest in a purchase.
