It was on Cartoon Network a few years back, During Toonami, and there were all these freak mutant genetic experiment people who had code names like 001,002, and so on. They all had a special power, like the one black guy who was indestructible and one time he stepped on a mine and was like "oh well.", and I think 001 was like a baby or something. Any ideas?
