Edit:
I have changed from 3 games to 5 games since Syd suggested it was too small of a list. I don't want to go to 10 or 20. I might actually do something with the results but that would be painful to go through.

That's probably everybody's list. Some people might replace MP3 with SSBB though. 3 is painfully small number. I'd like to see Top 10 or Top 20 lists.
If the list was bigger I'd add Super Smash Bros Brawl and WarioWare Smooth Moves

I enjoy Mario Kart Wii for multiplayer only. Regular mode is bullshit. I am however glad that you added it to your list if you enjoy it. I am interested to see how these lists all rank out and if there is any cool data we can derive from our selections.

in no particular order-
1. Super Smash Bros. Brawl
2. No More Heroes
3. De Blob
4. My Sims (is superior to Animal Crossing in almost every way)
5. Big Brain Academy (I'm a sucker for these Brain Training games, they don't seem to have a positive effect, though)

I see no rules about ports, so...
1. Resident Evil 4
2. No More Heroes
3. SSBB
4. Dokapon Kingdom
5. De Blob
If ports aren't counted, move everything up one and add Twilight Princess to the bottom.

Yeah, this game is awesome in multiplayer, although really fucking long. I can now play a game to annoy the hell out of my sisters, partly because I somehow always end up first.

I am sorry:
5. Shit Shovelware Game #35
4. Shovelware Shit Brothers Super Ultra Smash
3. Phantom Dump: Shovelware Shit
2. Jenga
1. ANY OTHER FUCKING WII SHOVELWARE GAME
I knew I would say it. I said "oh no, you can't say anything. I hate the wii, but I will be respectful". And then it happened. I just don't like the Wii at all and will probably never get one unless I win one or something. The only redeeming quality is the virtual console.
(and just between you and me: Wii sports is actually kind of fun)

SSG 34 and 33 were superior. SSG35 is where the series jumped the shark and started to be playable.

2009 is gonna be such a good year for Wii, I can't fucking wait. Mad World, Punch Out, The Conduit, Sin & Punishment 2...we'll probably get Pikmin 3, Final Fantasy Crystal Bearers and either a new Mario or Zelda announcement.
Heres FF Crystal Bearers if you are unfamilair, looks pretty good.
Trauma Center: Second Opinion
Super Smash Bros Brawl
Animal Crossing: City Folk
Super Paper Mario
Super Mario Galaxy
I do have Twilight Princess, Mario Kart Wii, and Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, but I just haven't enjoyed these games nearly as much. Also, Wario Ware: Smooth Moves just barely misses out being on the list, it was just too short. Note that these aren't the games I spend the most time playing, just the ones that I enjoyed playing the most. (Worth noting since I haven't played Trauma Center, Paper Mario, or Mario Galaxy in months.)

I can't possibly pick a top 5. I could pick a top 10 or top 20, but it wouldn't be ordered.
If I had to pick 5 games to take into a bomb shelter with me though, that would be easy.
Syd,
A nuclear bomb is about to hit nearby!!!
You have found your way into a bomb shelter, thank god! There is enough food for a year which happens to be the exact amount of time that it will take for the outdoor radiation to dissipate.
In the bomb shelter there is a TV, and a Wii!
A year of Wii? Life could be worse, right?
Unfortunately the sick bastard who set up this scenario forgot to leave any video games for you. There is also no cable or internet access. Sorry buddy.
So as you sit and create Mii after Mii and organize them by height and color you think about the games you would have brought.
For some reason you always think about a specific five games.
This thought eventually leads you to your mental brink and you decide radiation poisoning is better than this life. So you open the shelter early and wilt away, painfully, but the pain feels so good.
As you melt to the ground you begin to carve those five Wii titles into a headstone.
