Since I liked Truman Show, I saw no reason to watch a lame, comedy ripoff.
I have seen scenes occasionally on cable since it came out and stand by my decision. What I saw was standard, empty, pointless comedy.

Meh. I saw it when I was thirteen, and it was too low-brow for my tastes then, so I highly doubt I'd like it if I viewed it again.
