Fuck yes.
True story: when I was six or seven, I noticed "1984" by Orwell on my parent's bookshelf. Thinking it was a book about the year I was born, I started to read it...and discovered that it was NOT, in fact, about the year 1984 at all lol. It's since become one of my favorite books, but oh my god it scarred and confused the hell out of me at the time.
