I don't see how he would get charged with anything. I mean I am no expert on the law but I don't think you can arrest someone for smoking pot after the fact.

There's proof of it... and it may depend on the statute of limitations for the considered crimes. I could look them up, but this whole thing just makes me want to take a nice, hot piss on someone.

Despite the fact that he is obviously smoking pot out of that bong, it cannot be proven. You cannot see what is packed in that bowl piece there......perhaps it is tobacco, lol. They got nothing, besides the lawyers Phelps would be able to hire would probably make it impossible for anything to stick.

Yeah, I really don't see a point in prosecuting anyone connected to this.
Especially since there's no physical evidence of the marijuana itself. A bong itself isn't enough proof.
