Fer serious? a brushing your teeth thread....I'm surprisingly into it. I have to take fairly good care of my teeth because they got chipped a few times when I was playing hockey in university. If I don't brush them constantly the replacement parts become a very different color than the real teeth and it would look friggin ridiculous.

If anyone needs me I will be in the general forum making a "How often do you make your bed" thread or maybe a "How long have you gone without showering" thread.....actually that one is not half bad.

Half of my tooth would be white and the other half would be a greyish/brownish color and it would suck and therefore i must brush.

Even worse though is when you chip the tooth and the nerve gets exposed it causes a severely horrible experience every time you breath in through your mouth.

I use whatever the dentist gives me, but I replace the thing after I get sick (especially if it's something like strep throat). I just use cheap Crest or Oral-B manual brushes.

I own a Waterpik brand shower head. I love it. Though I don't use it to wash my mouth out... often.

As for special toothbrushes... they make different ones. Soft, hard, angled, straight, curved, ones with plastic, ones with rubber, ones with yellow things... ones with blue things.

Lastly, as for the longest time without a shower. 9 days. My hair hurt after that and I had to clean my scalp to make the pain go away. Clinical depression sucks ass. I highly suggest you all avoid it.

I used to use a waterpick when I had braces, but now I use my awesome, manual, Batman toothbrush. But I might get a waterpick one day, I liked the feeling of the cool water.

I use a Crest Spinbrush. Seriously, for 10 bucks or less, you can get a machine that brushes your teeth for you! I think its a great investment and you dont have to drop the huge $$$ that the more expensive ones require.

I use an electric one because it seems like the manual ones just don't penetrate through the grime enough; it's not like the electric ones brush your teeth for you, they're just better at it.

Wait a minute...
The electric ones are better because they penetrate more effectively than the manual ones.
Sounds kind of like...
Sorry, I had to.

Same way for me. Never really have brushed my teeth, it's just a pain in the ass routine that people make me feel obligated to do, but hell if I do.
Seriously? I don't just brush my teeth every day because, well, it's sanitary, but if I go too long without brushing my teeth, they get this raw, uncomfortable feeling, like all the enamel on them has worn away.
