(Stolen from Filmdrunk, but so awesome I had to repost it.)

Esquire recently did an interview with Clint Eastwood, in which he basically promises that he still gargles rocks and shits slabs of concrete.

I do have a bit of an answer. It became a problem to punch bullies out when they started carrying guns. I can say growing up that if you got in a fight during school, that if you were found after school no amount of punching was going to save you. This isn't to say every bully had a gun, but if not they had large groups of friends, or a knife or whatever. I do agree though, kids these days are much more pussified though.

Yes. That would be a bad thing.

But there are nonphysical ways to assert one's self. Using these methods doesn't necessarily make you a pussy. Wit does count for something.

Where in the fuck did you grow up? Haiti?

Our bullies rarely got into fights, it was mostly verble. Instead of fighting back, catch him off guard and fuck him up, sure it's weasily but if you fuck him up enough he'll be afraid of you and always look over his shoulder, and that's when you run up infront of him a punch him in the throat.

We did things differently in Canada...but no weopons, THAT'S pussy shit.

I grew in a poor small city in PA that is on the Drug Route between Philly, Baltimore, and NYC. Also, a large and varied hispanic or latino immigrant population. Hell my cousin has been in and out of jail various times for being a dealer pushing decent weight.

Every generation, the previous generation bitches and moans about how much the new one sucks. And every generation, it all turns out okay in the end, because people have been in a relative stasis of quality for a while now. Ignore em.

Also, people have been thinking about the meaning of life since they got off the knife edge of survival. Only shallow cowboy wannabes don't ever consider these sorts of things.

I don't see how the new generation is going to turn out alright. 15 year old moms, highschool kids dropping out because they don't need to be told what to do, neck tattoo's and those ugly as fuck Monroe piercings...this age is going down the shitter. FAST!
